Different ways to organise clips in a browser in final cut pro

One way to organize clips is to rename the clips such as in my file I named the clips in the order I shot them so I know if i decide to go back to the scenes to edit them and i know which ones I used or if i want get scenes which i did not use.

Another way I could organise them is to create a bin by pressing "Command+b" and put the files in the relevant area such as putting audio files in one section then images in another and videos in another section. this will help you select the right files without wasting time in the process.

You can also order by column which it will put in order in top from bottom in that specific area, there are many choices so whenever you want to order it you can. This also tells the extra information about each clip in more detail which is useful.

Another way you can order your shots is by placing clips in into folders so you can access them.

This will help you sort out if the clip is good or not and which ones you will end up using in your final clip which will benefit you as you may have 5 shots of the same scene but you may only want to use a few of them. So you do not have to scroll through the irrelevant shots which are the mistakes and only see the best shots which you will definitely use. You can even tick them as well.

This is log not which you can write about the scene or information so you remember when going to back to the file in the future and will be useful.
